EETG - Conference Room

Rental Fee: $500.00 + GST Per Day (All Inclusive)

What's Included? 

Our bright and spacious, 1,000 sq ft meeting space is ideal for any company meeting, classroom training, or other group workshop! We can comfortably seat 14 people with min. 6-ft spacing, or up to 20 people with normal spacing. 

  • Full access to your space from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Desk/chairs - classroom style, or boardroom style

  • Large mounted TV w/ HDMI hookup

  • 3 large glass whiteboards with markers

  • Coffee (Keurig), tea, water, and cookies
    We supply Starbucks and Ethical Bean K-cups!

  • Private side entrance 

  • Mini fridge & microwave in meeting room

  • Washrooms

  • Access to a full size fridge to store food if you are bringing lunch in*
    *catering is not available at our facility, but you are welcome to bring / order food in for your group - there are lots of great restaurants nearby!

Extras 

  •  Printing services (standard 8.5" x 11" paper)

    • $0.05 per page - black and white

    • $0.20 per page - color

  • Early Arrival /Late Departure (outside of 7:00 AM -  4:00 PM)

    • $35.00 ​per additional hour

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

We follow provincial Public Health Authority guidelines. Our training room will be thoroughly sanitized before and after your use, and we have complimentary hand sanitizers available throughout the facility.
